Apple with banana almond butter filling, cinnamon, nuts and raisins, raw, vegan and delicious…RECIPE
Sooooooo freaking tired. I almost fell asleep making my salad for dinner. Not joking.
Work, then run to my vegan cooking classes (I learned to make this protein dish called Seitan, sooo delicious), and I worked out extra hard today because I’m stubborn (I was doing low intensity cardio and after 10 mins gave up because of lazy, then I said to myself “FUCK NO, NOT HAPPENING” and ended doing 65 mins more of hardcore working out.
I need an early night and some shipper feelings. Thanks God tomorrow is my rest day (exercise-wise).
Someday I will make a cup of tea and don’t forget about it before it’s cold.
-_____- how could you…
;A; Not all of us have British “my tea is getting cold” spidey senses. I drink it cold anyway, if that helps you forgive my sins.
Gotta love my coworker. This woman is the best.
She brought homemade butter biscuits for all of us to eat. And she decided to make a couple of almond and coconut balls for me so I didn’t have to sulk in a corner or feel left out.
| Anonymous sent: I've managed to bruise the bottom of my foot from exercise or wearing the wrong type of shoes, but I still want to exercise. Do you have any ideas? All I can think about is doing my arms? |
Wow, tricky way to hurt yourself. I hope it heals quickly.
You should try to purchase good sport shoes, it will really make a difference when exercising. You don’t have to spend a lot (the ones I use cost around 12 Euros) but make sure they’re comfortable and don’t hurt your feet.
You can try to do yoga or pilates if it doesn’t hurt *too* much. Cardio might be too much since it has a lot of impact in your feet, but yoga and pilates are a lot less-impact. You might have to put pressure on it, but nothing that should be much of a problem unless it hurts too much.
There are a lot of moves that involve having to lay down on the floor which leaves your foot pressure-free.
You can still exercise without really putting pressure on your feet. Here some videos that might help (just ignore any cardio part that puts stress on your foot):
