Anonymous sent: hey :) so, what exactly is HIIT???? you said you'd eat at special times. how often do you eat per day?? every 4 hours or something?

Hey there!

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It’s a routine that mixes short intervals of cardio with short intervals of strength training. It’s one of the best (if not the best) way to burn fat and tone at the same time. One of the fastest too. Short intense work outs are better than long low-intensity ones, in my opinion.

Yeah, I try to eat every 3-4 hours. It really depends of my working schedule but I try to have breakfast at 10am, lunch at 2pm, merienda (or snack) at 5:30pm, and dinner around 8:30pm-9pm. In between meals, if hungry which rarely happens to me, I might have a snack that usually consists in some fruity tea and a piece of fruit or a fistful of almonds.

All this it’s mostly a personal preference because having a routine helps me to not eat in between. I find that planning my day ahead both food-wise and exercise-wise helps me to stick to those plans.

Hope that helps. :)

Oh man, being busty right now is the worst for me. I mean, it’s nice having big boobs, but they’re always in the way. I feel like there’s pros and cons to any size of boob. -sigh-

I can imagine. I had a European 105DD, so they were always in the way. But they were one of the very few things I loved about my body. As annoying as they were most of the time, I liked them. xD Now I have a 85C. It’s so odd to have small boobs after a life of huge ones.

But, yeah, boobs always have pros and cons no matter the size. They should be detachable and dough-like so we could change their shape-size too. We could adapt our boobs to our needs at the moment…. and I don’t know where this came from, but whatever. Go go random weird thoughts.

They are two sides of the same coin, interlocking
yin and yang, one unthinkable without the other.

You know you have left the busty life when you can wear a wire-less triangle bra comfortably on daily basis.

RIP, my big boobs. You will be missed.
